Indonesian Famous - Raisa Adriana was born in Jakarta, June 6 1990. Raisa Adriana is the second child of Allan N. Rachman and Ria Mariaty. Raisa Andriana or usually called Raisa and Yaya spent her school and college years in the cities of Depok and Jakarta.

Starting her career as a singer from cafe to cafe matured Raisa's qualities. Left the band, until she became a top singer.

The quality of Raisa Adriana's singing voice has attracted the attention of the wider community. Even though Raisa has only been on the Indonesian music scene for a few years, she has managed to win various awards in the world of singing, one of which is best new singer. Not only that, he also became a model for advertisements and starred in films.

Since childhood, Raisa's singing talent has been visible. At the age of 3, he often performed pretending to be a real singer. His hobby of singing continued until he was a teenager. He studied vocals self-taught. Raisa does not hesitate to sing from one cafe to another.

He entered the world of singing professionally, starting as the vocalist of the band Andante in 2008. The group formed by Kevin Aprilio consisted of Raisa, Widy Soediro Nichlany, Raka Cyril, Satrianda Widjanarko, and Kevin Aprilio himself. Raisa wasn't here for long because there were differences in concept with the label.

The singer, who was inspired by many famous American musicians such as Brian McKnight, Alicia Keys and Joss Stone, chose the path of a solo singer. In 2010, to coincide with the age of 20, Raisa released her first single entitled "Serba Salah". Through this song, Raisa's popularity exploded. The song has been played more than 10 thousand times on Raisa's official MySpace.

The singer, who collaborated with renowned composer David Foster to perform at his concert in Jakarta, became one of the stars performing at the 2011 Java Jazz Festival. In the same year, Raisa released the album "Self Titled" which was produced by Solid Records and Universal Music Indonesia.

The album was produced by talented young Indonesian musicians, namely Asta Andoko from RAN, as well as Ramadhan Handy and Adrianto Ario Seto from Soulvibe. Through this album, Raisa was awarded two awards at once by Anugerah Musik Indonesia, namely the Best New Singer and Best Album Graphic Design categories.

After a year, Raisa released her second album entitled "Heart to Heart" with singles such as "LDR", "Bye Bye", and "Main Cast". In this album, Raisa collaborated with Yovie Widianto, Tangga, and Tulus. His singles successfully topped the charts on various radio stations.

After the album "Heart to Heart", this woman who graduated from Bina Nusantara University held a special showcase concert for the media with a total of limited guests to only 300 people. Raisa was again awarded two awards from the Indonesian Choice Awards in the category "Album of the Year" for "Heart to Heart" and "Song of the Year" for the song "Main Actor" in 2014.

Apart from singing, in the same year, Raisa was invited as a guest judge for the 2014 Indonesian Idol talent search event. At first, she was only a judge at the general audition, Yogyakarta. However, because the jury formation was incomplete, Raisa was finally entrusted with filling the vacancy.

Apart from her singing career, Raisa had a cameo role in the film Mantan Terindah. He was also collaborated with the largest animated film producer, Walt Disney Pictures, to fill in the Indonesian version of the soundtrack for the film Cinderella entitled "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" with the title "Dream is the Heart's Hope".

At the end of 2015, Raisa and Afgan released their duet single entitled "Believe". Even though this project has actually been around for 2 years, it had to be postponed due to both of them being busy. This single exploded again and was a hit on the Smule karaoke application.

Thanks to this duet song, Raisa and Afgan were awarded Outstanding Duet/Collaboration from the 2016 Dasyatnya Awards.

The song "Believe me" is also beautifully embedded in Raisa's third album entitled "Handmade" which was released in 2016. Of course, Raisa wouldn't be her name if she didn't shine. The new album was sold out within 15 minutes using a pre-order system on one of Indonesia's e-commerce sites.

His name is not only attached to his fans in his homeland. In 2017, even at the presidential palace, his name caught President Jokowi's attention. Raisa was sought and summoned by Jokowi to come forward to sing a regional song to commemorate National Music Day. Even more exciting, he got a bicycle from the president. Raisa is also happy with her bicycle and her work.

In her love story, this beautiful woman was melted by the handsome actor, Hamish Daud. It didn't take long after their introduction, on May 21 2017 Hamish proposed to Raisa to share his love.

On September 3 2017, Raisa and Hamish Daud officially became husband and wife and got married at a hotel in Jakarta.
